Current Works-In-Progress for Major Pizza Restaurant Franchiseeā€¦.

This franchise group recently added two new stores, creating a shift in management and many new employees. The General Managers have identified a number of areas where they feel they have had to micromanage employees for what should be routine procedures. After interviewing the managers to narrow down the behavior changes needed for the store to run more efficiently, I observed teams of employees to understand the current workflow and behaviors. I spoke with employees to identify possible barriers and learning gaps. The following projects are the solutions still in development. As requested, materials in this portfolio have been or will be modified as necessary to protect all proprietary information.
